History
Test Technology, Inc. was established in 1984—the majority of our initial business was in the repair and refurbishment of customer premise equipment, the product that provides businesses with telephone service. One of our first customers was RCA. Many other manufacturers and distributors followed suit, relying on Test Technology's depot repair services to renovate their defective equipment.
As the industry changed, we changed right along with it, expanding our services,
and focusing on equipment owned and operated by our clients. The TTI team made
the impossible possible by utilizing our impressive reverse engineering capabilities—capabilities
that our company maintains to this day—to refurbish equipment without
benefit of manuals or other documentation.
It’s been a long time since 1984, but TTI retains a lengthy and truly
impressive roster of clients. Proof positive is the fact that we’ve had
to move our headquarters three times to accommodate our extraordinary growth.
We now have two state-of-the-art locations—Marlton and Lumberton, New
Jersey.
Throughout our history, as well as today; in repair, refurbishment, third
party logistics, fulfillment and contract manufacturing, our customers have
always come first. And once they’re a customer they rarely leave us.
We accomplish that feat by exceeding their expectations. Or as one
of our senior managers puts it, “If we have 20 customers, we’ll
do the work 20 different ways. We customize our services for each client. And
whatever a client needs, we’ll do it.”
