The TestTech diagnostic charge is a payment of $98.00 for the evaluation and repair of your DC3 unit.
If we can not fix your product, this diagnostic repair fee is refunded to you.
This fee covers the following:
- Solid Bottom Red LED
- USB- non recognize
- Unable to upgrade through USB
- Double Flashing Red
- Out of Focus Lens
- Grainy Pictures
- Event Viewing Obstructed
- Boot Hang
- Date and Clock Issue
- Camera Resetting
- Download Failure
- Fail Firmware Upgrade
- Memory Failure
- Lens Damage
- Event Test Failure
- USB Connector Damage
- ECO Upgrade
The diagnostic charge does NOT cover Camera Ball and Lens Replacement. In the event that this needs replacement, the total service charge will be $136.00 plus applicable sales tax if required. A customer care rep will advise you if this service is required and if additional funds are required to cover the cost.
This fee does not cover shipping charges. We will pre-charge the return shipping/handling at a flat rate of $8.95 for a single unit up to five units. Bulk unit repairs over 5 units are charged a reduced rate in increments of 6-10. 11-20 and 21 plus units. We ship UPS ground. Please include your return address on the original send.
TestTech Repair Warranty:
90 Days from return ship date.
TestTech will pre-charge the return shipping on your unit at a flat rate of $8.95 each(UPS Ground)on single units up to five total. Bulk unit repairs over 5 units are charged a reduced rate in increments of 6-10. 11-20 and 21 plus units. Please use your checkout transaction number as the identifying information for your product. Use this order number inside or on the shipping label for identification and tracking purposes.
