TestTech will pre-charge the return shipping on your unit at a flat rate of $8.95 (UPS Ground). Please use your checkout transaction number to identify and track your product. A customer care rep will advise you of the total repair price once we have evaluated the unit. You will have the option to accept the repair charges or cancel your order and have your device returned to you unrepaired.
You have the option of paying for shipping yourself or choosing one of our Pre-paid options. We will send you a box containing all the necessary packaging materials and pre-paid return shipping label to ensure the safe return of your device
