TestTech’s Quality Management System is an ISO9001:2008 process-based system that uses a process approach to manage and control how our quality policy is implemented and quality objectives are achieved. We monitor our effectiveness through numerous quality metrics including, but not limited to, TAT (Turnaround time), Warranty Returns (less than 0.25%), and Customer Satisfaction (>99%). TestTech will use these existing methods of measuring customer service levels, coupled with corrective and preventive action, and root cause analysis, to provide first-rate service to our clients.
TestTech’s policy is to implement and maintain a quality system that stresses the importance of continuous improvement to assure that client’s expectations are met or exceeded. TestTech monitors the effectiveness of our services to our clients against the following objectives:
- Achieving delivery expectations with the objective of 100% on-time
- Effectively responding to customer concerns while striving for zero complaints
- Reducing warranty returns on an annual basis while striving for zero returns
- Maintaining an environment of continuous improvement
- Develop key performance metrics that align our performance with our client’s business objectives
