Martin Walsh, Vice President, Business Development
Marty Walsh is the Vice President of Business Development. Marty started as a Sales Manager in 1987 and has held both sales and operating positions, including President of the Manufacturing Services Division. After serving a 19 year tenure with TestTech's Manufacturing Services Division, Marty started up in this new leadership capacity and quickly melded his experience with education.
Marty graduated from Susquehanna University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing & Management. Prior to working at TestTech, Marty was employed as a Sales Engineer with AMP Inc. Marty is a member of the Reverse Logistics Association. He is very active in his town's athletic association as a coach, commissioner, and fund raiser.
While Marty's primary goal is in finding new opportunities for TestTech, He is most gratified by "the sense of achievement that comes with growing a company from the ground up and building long lasting relationships with TestTech's customers and coworkers".

Kelley Dunleavy, Sales Manager
Kelley has been with Test Tech since 1988 holding a number of positions within the company where she eventually moved into Sales in 1995. Her 15+ years of experience interacting with current and potential customers has allowed her the opportunity to cultivate many long term relationships. Kelley’s belief in being the customer’s advocate and making sure Test Tech is exceeding all expectations throughout the entire sales process is what makes her job most gratifying. In addition to seeking new opportunities and managing key accounts, Kelley works closely with the VP of Business Development and Independent Sales Reps to provide whatever support is needed.

Craig Sandel, Independent Sales Rep
Following a very successful career in business development for several tier one EMS/reverse logistics service providers, Craig Sandel, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida founded Southeast Technical Solutions LLC (www.revlogpartners.com). In early 2009, Craig decided to utilize his experience to help small to medium sized reverse logistics service providers expand their businesses. Realizing Craig’s objectives were a natural fit for Test Tech’s growth initiatives, a partnership was formed.
Southeast Technical Solutions LLC is a manufacturer's representative firm which provides marketing services for a group of reverse logistics service providers, each with a unique service offering. Craig’s experience in the reverse logistics market allows him to work hand-in-hand with his service provider partners to develop customized service solutions for companies that are in need of establishing or re-engineering that part of their product support supply chain.
